Thanks for your comment. It also brought to my attention that I didn't explain all our plan. If we did buy a house, the plan is to keep it and rent it out. Our realtor also happens to be an awesome property manager. Being next to 2 military bases means there is always a high demand for rentals...supposedly. If it all worked out perfectly it would be great, but it's also scary.
